MISSING PRACTICES
All individuals that will be missing a practice, MUST give Beth or Jen a completed 'Excused Absence Form' for cheerleading and Lisa for gymnastics at least 2 weeks prior to the scheduled miss. Do not put these forms in the payment box. The cheerleader is to hand the form to Coach Jennifer (cheer) or Lisa (gymnastics). Please use one of the forms below.

UNIFORM WASHING INSTRUCTIONS
Hand Wash Only!!! Use mild detergent and do not bleach. Do not dry clean.


WARM UP WASHING INSTRUCTIONS
Machine wash cold using mild detergent and do not bleach. Do not touch up with iron do not dry clean.


BODY PIERCINGS
The safety guidelines this year for all competitions forbid wearing any type of jewelry during competitions.

Here is the wording in the rules:
Jewelry of any kind, including but not limited to ear, nose, tongue, belly button and facial rings, clear plastic jewelry, bracelets, necklaces and pins on uniforms are prohibited. Jewelry must be removed and may NOT be taped over.

We will lose points for every individual that breaks this rule. Therefore, no exceptions will be granted even for new piercings.
