Mary Kay Cosmetics

We will be selling Mary Kay Cosmetics. If it works well, it will be an ongoing fundraiser. The ordering forms/instructions are attached below.

AVON (ongoing)

This is an ongoing fundraiser. Susette is our Avon Independent Representative. Profit is 35% on most items and 25% on *(snowflake or fixed asset items). You will turn in the entire order slip booklet whole each time. No lost forms this way. Be sure to use the carbon and complete all info on the order form, put an asterisk by any *(snowflake items) and put the cheerleader's or family's name on the representative line. Tax is 6% since Susette lives in Butler County. Please charge 6% Sales tax on everything except clothes, shoes, and bars of soap. Please check the math on your customers' orders. You will receive the carbon copy back with each order. Orders are due to AVON mailbox No Later than every other Thursday by 7:45 p.m. If not at the gym by Thursday deadline then you must e-mail the order including all info by Friday at midnight. You will not get carbon copies back for your customers if you send it by email. The order will be sent online to Avon every other Sunday night. Order pickup will now be every other Thursday 6:00 If you cannot be there please make arrangements to pick up from the mom in charge of holding this for your team.

Anybody that is interested in participating in this, but is not on the list on the bulletin board, needs to E-mail susavon@zoominternet.net with the number of Avon books they would like to receive. Books are now at the gym on the desk beside the mailboxes. Check beside the mailboxes for additional Avon info.

On the order form by the cheerleader's name, please also write the squad name on the form (beside or below the cheerleader's name). This will make sorting much more efficient. Thanks!
