Since 1986, Flo's Gymnastics Plus, owned and operated by Flo Richey, has been teaching gymnastics and cheerleading in a safe, fun, self-esteem building environment.

We are now in our brand new 9000 square foot gymnasium located in Sarver! We currently offer: (See "Classes" for details)

Recreational Gymnastics - We teach tumbling to girls and boys. Our facility is equipped with two 54 x 42' spring floors, a 40' Tumbletrak and a 30-foot Air Trak. Our instructors are the best around.

Preschool Tumbling - Starting at the age of 2!

Competitive Cheerleading - Home of the FCA All-Stars! Offered to children Ages 3 yrs 9 months through 18 yrs. See "Cheerleading" for more details.

Ever want to try allstar cheerleading, but couldn't afford it or commit to the time? Well, we are introducing a HALF-YEAR PROGRAM! Less competitions, less practice time and less expensive uniforms! DIRECTIONS TO FLO'S GYM
From Rt. 8 Take 228 East. (About 10 minutes from HP Starr) The gym is on the right after Saxon Golf Course. From Rt. 356 Turn onto Rt. 228 West. Go to the stop sign, make a right (staying on Rt. 228). Gym is on the left.
From Rt. 28 Exit 16 (Millerstown). Take 908 west to the blinking light and make a right onto Ekastown Road. At the stop sign, go straight (this is Ekastown Road/Rt. 228). You will pass Jack's Ford, K&R Pizza, Oberg...our building is on the left.
