Indiana state law prohibits individuals from bringing in beverages and/or food from outside sources.
All of the rooms we have are suites and all suites have a refrigerator and microwave in them. Also, all rooms include free breakfast and a reception in the evening. These rooms are pretty large.
There are two types of suites:
1. Two Double Bed Suites -- these rooms have 2 double beds in the one part and a sleeper sofa in the front room. These rooms are $200/night + tax.
2. King Suites -- these rooms have a king bed in the one part and a sleeper sofa in the front room. These rooms are $190/night + tax.
We have a limited number of each of the above types of suites. Therefore, when one type is gone, you will be required to book a room of the other type. The sooner you make your reservations, the more likely you are to get the desired room type.

Atlanta, GA
All rooms for Atlanta have been awarded. There were MANY, MANY more programs that participated this year. Therefore, our room draws were not as good as in previous years.
We have rooms at the Omni, Westin, Hyatt and Super 8.

All individuals that made it into the top 70 for the raffle will have an entry for each of the cheerleaders in their room entered into another raffle. Therefore, if you are sharing a room at Atlanta and have not yet emailed cheering@comcast.net, it is to your benefit to email there asap. Names will be drawn out of the box Monday night at the gym in the large balcony and put into order. Rooms will then be awarded based on that order. The names will be drawn starting at 6:00 p.m.
All individuals that did not make the top 70, have already been placed in order through a randomization process the occurred previously.
All individuals that turned forms in late were placed at the end of the list in the order the forms were received.
Once the top 70 are placed in order, all individuals will be called and will be required to select (based on what hotels are left) where they want their reservation. Therefore, please be prepared to tell us when we call, where you want to stay.
REGARDLESS OF WHETHER INDIVIDUALS WANT TO PARTICIPATE IN THE RAFFLE, ALL CHEERLEADERS MUST BE ON A SUBMITTED FORM – EITHER AS AN INDIVIDUAL SHARING WITH SOMEBODY ELSE OR ON THEIR OWN FORM.

All FCA cheerleaders are required to stay at the team hotels.

All of the rooms we have are regular rooms with 2 beds. This hotel does not have suites, except for a few presidential type of suites. (During the reservation process, you can request a room with one King bed, if desired.)
