WE JUST RECEIVED ADDITIONAL ROOMS WITH 2 DOUBLE BEDS. HOWEVER, THEY ARE AT THE MARRIOTT (NOT THE HILTON). WE ARE TOLD THE MARRIOTT IS ABOUT 1 BLOCK AWAY FROM THE CONVENTION CENTER.

THE COST OF THE ROOMS AT THE MARRIOTT IS $111 PLUS TAX.

FOLLOW THE SAME INSTRUCTIONS/SAME CODES BELOW AS BOOKING FOR THE HILTON AND YOU WILL BE ABLE TO BOOK FOR THE MARRIOTT.

THE ROOMS ARE LIMITED, SO BOOK QUICKLY IF YOU ARE INTERESTED.

This is a two day competition in January. We have requested a block of 90 rooms from them. We received 90 rooms -- 55 rooms with 2 double beds for $125/night (plus tax) and 35 rooms with one King bed for $115/night.

The rooms are at the Hilton Charlotte Center City.

We received 10 rooms at the Omni and 60 rooms at the Westin in the raffle. First come, first served.

Here are the details:

We have 10 rooms at the Omni. This is the closest hotel to the venue. They are all double/double bed rooms. The cost is $169 per night plus 15% tax (subject to change). Refrigerators are $25 and parking is $30 per night. Credit Cards used to secure these rooms may be charged 30 days prior to arrival. You must stay at least 2 nights at this hotel to book in this block.

The OMNI is FULL.

We have 60 rooms at the Westin. This hotel is 3-4 blocks from the venue. They are all double/double bed rooms. The cost is $133 per night plus 15% tax (subject to change). Parking is $24 per night. Credit Cards used to secure these rooms may be charged 30 days prior to arrival. You must stay at least 2 nights at this hotel to book in this block. You do not have to stay at either of the above hotels.
