Teams we are up against are posted at the bottom. Times are not listed because we will get a schedule on Sunday when we arrive. If you have friends and family members wanting to come and watch, the best thing to do is give them a call that day. This competition never runs on time...but you never know, there's a first time for everything!!
Elite's PA Cheerleading Championships and Battle in the Burgh
Admission Cost: $9.00/person cash only (5 and under are free)
Videotaping Allowed: Yes (you can also order a professional video)
Doors Open: 8:30 AM (could be as early as 8:15)
Spectators are to enter in through the "Spectator Entrance" and cheerleaders are to enter through the "Cheerleader/Coaches Only Entrance". IF you have a small child that you do not wish to send them on their own through the cheerleader entrance, you are permitted to enter that door and pay admission there.
MEETING PLACE:
Pink Ice, Emeralds, Turquoise and Sapphires need to be there fully dressed, hair and make up done at 9:00. All senior teams need to be there fully dressed, hair and make up done at 10:00.
There will a designated area for cheerleaders to sit. They are to leave their bags, coats...in this area for the day. Do not leave any valuables in this area.
DO NOT BE LATE!!!
Pink Ice: after you perform, your parent is to come and get you from the team mom and sit with your parents until awards. After awards, your parent is to come and get you from the team mom and you can sit with your parents and cheer for the other teams--remember they were there to cheer for you!!!!
We saw people leaving early last competition. All FCA cheerleaders need to stay until the end of the last FCA performance to cheer on all of our teams.
We loved the way the parents supported the Rubies and cheered extremely loud at Jamfest for them. However, every team works equally hard and every team needs the program cheering for them. The cheerleaders have said at practice that they couldn't hear the parents cheering. BE LOUD AND PROUD FOR ALL OF OUR TEAMS!!
Everyone can leave after the last FCA team performs.
AWARDS - The girls are to be fully dressed for awards. Do not take anything with you to awards.
CROSSOVERS - Bring your uniform (you are not wearing) in a zip lock gallon size baggie with your name on it. Do not put anything else in this bag (unless it is an inhaler).
EYE MAKE UP -- You are only permitted to wear what is provided in your make up kit on your eyes. The only items you can add are: mascara and eye liner. If there is anything else on y our eyes, you will be asked to redo your eyes.
PERFORMANCES - Everyone is to watch and cheer on all FCA teams!

The last team of the day is scheduled to compete at 4:45, then senior individual and senior stunt groups compete before the final awards ceremony.
