9/24/08 --> Bus Options & Cancellations

We are planning on taking a bus ONLY to Indianapolis in January and this is dependent upon there being 40 people. All other buses have been cancelled.

All bus reservations must be submitted to the box in the balcony ASAP. Buses will be filled on a first paid/first reserved basis.

JamFest (Indianapolis, IN) -- January 2009 -- cost is $95 per person (assuming we have 40 people for this bus -- we currently have 38 people confirmed. We need at least 2 more people to commit to this bus by the end of September in order for the bus to go.) Also, everybody on the bus must pay or provide a post-dated check by the end of September -- checks can be posted dated as far as November 30th. If a check is not received, it will be assumed that you no longer want to be on the bus and you will be removed. If you plan on using money from your account, you must email fcafundraising@yahoo.com. Also, you must be actively fundraising in order to use this option -- otherwise, you must submit a check.

Also, if only 40 people end up on this bus, the cost above will not include the driver's tip.

Bus will leave Friday and depart from Indy right after the competition ends on Sunday.
